Lloyd Beckman is the undisputed King of all Nebraska Race Car Drivers. That discussion was closed a long time ago. It's not because of what he won. Because he won big...and he won often. It was how Lloyd did it. Always applauded by peers for his respect, a story hasn't been told of him sticking a wheel into a competitor for their spot. It's because it never happened. He was the most aggressive driver that the Nebraska population had ever seen; yet his control over his Race Car was astonishing. And he never lost it. I missed him during his prime, but the twilight I saw was enough to show me that Lloyd Beckman truly was "the Greatest Ever!" More on Lloyd Beckman coming soon!
